Nine years is a long wait for this reunion, but i think it pays off quite nicely, i’m glad they kept the light-hearted tone in this third installment, just like they did in the second film, i was never a big fan of the first movie because of its overly serious tone, so seeing them go back to having fun like in the second one was refreshing, this is also the funniest entry out of the three, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The tricks are entertaining once again, the entire cast returns, and i really mean the entire cast, which basically serves my desire to see the cast that i enjoyed to see return, the new additions were thankfully solid enough to fill the now veterans Horsemen. Overall, Now You See Me: Now You Don’t is pure fun entertainment, it still has the cheesy moments and a few scenes that don’t quite land, but i had a good time, it’s a solid popcorn flick that delivers an enjoyable experience.
